The main aim of Laser Center is the research and development of laser material processing technologies with further implementation based on mutual cooperation on the industrial enterprises of Kaluga region and Central region of Russia
The laser center is equipped by unique modern laser machines
  • Universal technological laser machine ARNOLD RAVENSBURG (Germany), with 5 kW СО2-laser and two working heads for welding, cutting and heat treatment in 2D and 3D regimes.
  • Laser machine with the robotized system for displacement and control of the laser beam in the treatment zone VOTAN C40 (JENOPTIK, Germany), with 2kW fiber laser for welding, cutting and heat treatment in 2D and 3D regimes.
  • Laser machine with the robotized system for displacement and control of the laser beam in the treatment zone VOTAN C26 (JENOPTIK, Germany), with 600W СО2-laser for cutting of nonmetal materials (plastics, polymers, plywood, paronit etc) in 2D and 3D regimes.
  • Laser machine with the robotized system for displacement and control of the laser beam in the treatment zone VOTAN C13 (JENOPTIK, Germany), with 140W diode-laser for welding of nonmetal materials in 2D and 3D regimes.
  • Laser machine LW-300, with 300 W solid state -laser (pulse regime of radiation) for micro -welding and cladding of metals.
  • Mobile laser machine COMBOLASER with 100W solid state -laser (pulse regime of radiation) for micro -welding and cladding of metals.
  • Mobile laser marker with 50W fiber laser.

  • Laser cutting, piercing and bending the metallic sheet materials.
